Food Vendor – The vendor was absent for much of TAGCON. We don’t expect better service. Doug will put together a sheet of nearby restaurants.
Layout – The original was given to HAPO center. Will check with them to see if they need anything else.
Vendors – $75 for 2 passes with 1 table. $15 for each additional table.
– Need to check with TC Gaming if AU won’t to run Magic
Banking – Need to add vendor links
Marketing – Website updated, fliers will be sent into stores, need to get on community calendars and local resources, advertising on FB is being worked on.
GM Recruitment – Bill will send emails with a deadline of 3 weeks prior. Doug will send announcements to local FB groups.
NEW BUSINESS
Volunteers – Need code of conduct
Gamesfest – Needs insurance policy
Vendors – need individual insurance policies
