You’re awesome. We need all the help we can get. This is our first year and we need GMs and a few people to watch the doors and help where needed.
We wish we could offer free tickets for GMs like Radcon, but in our first year, we have a very limited budget. Each GM and volunteer need to buy a ticket to get in. Instead, we will have a couple of goodies for volunteers that instantly become collector items as soon as Gamesfest 1 is over.
Rumor has it, a collectible custom die will be available.
How to volunteer
Send us an email with your name (we don’t have con names), phone number, and a description of how you would like to volunteer. Send the information to contact@gamesfest.org
GMs will receive an email to gather game information to be posted on this lovely website (as soon as possible) and on the game grid to be posted at Gamesfest.
Volunteers looking for some other way to help, send in your email with what you would like to do or can do and we’ll get back to you with possible tasks.
